Does it have to be actual water or can it be under any liquid like liquid methane on Titan or molten sulfur on Io?

The main element must be water (hence "underwater").

Alright, voting started! I added any contestants whose renders that could be argued as complete. Considering that there was nothing stating that Anim8or had to be used as the renderer, benzjie's entry is valid. Good luck to the winners!
