Well, i don't know if you are looking for a cubemap to be displayed via multitexturing or so, but you can take a look at
http://www.dualheights.se/caustics/
which is a freeware caustics generator program. Anyway, I'm not sure you can integrate the result with anim8or, since this program outputs several 2d images to simulate water movement in videogames.
