After experimenting with glow effects and doing science homework, I thought I could turn my experiments into something. After FIVE WHOLE MINUTES of modelling, it was complete. Voila.

Ooh! I know! is it Transparent UV maps with Emissive turned all the way up? (that's how I would do it anyway, lol)

I really like that top picture. It would work great in a techy type of add or website background... soft things like that are quite common for those types of things.
