Not really, I would have expected the same issue in both modes but this would be the first step in diagnosing the issue. If checking that the eyelid object's origin point is centred to the object, and that the object is centred in the workspace, does not fix the problem I can only suggest you try importing the figure and sequence again and see if the problem recurs. There is a known bug that can sometimes occur when figures are scaled in scene mode that has the effect of displacing child objects relative to their parents, make sure you do not resize the figure in Scene mode for this test. I think you may only find the cause and solution to this issue with a bit of careful elimination, and the best place to start is to attempt to recreate the fault.
