wierd path problem
« on: March 18, 2008, 07:13:42 pm »

I have struggled with the paths of objects in scene mode in anim8or for a long time. I always end up gettin little kinks like this:

I want it to be smooth. What do I do?

You have to use the graph editor.
Though because I haven't played with animation in a while I can't help you from there.
Hopefully this will point you in the right direction, and maybe someone else will feel free
to help. *hint hint*

Actually, you should be able to edit the curve in the same way you edit splines in object mode.  Click on the offending node with the spline tool (icon with a curvy line on it) and you should get two green lines branching off from the node.  Fiddling with these should smooth out the curve.

I agree with Ensoniq5. That is the only solution. But make sure to click on the 'Edit Path' button before to enable the editing.
