Hm, at a glance it seems to be a bit heavy reading about a specific kind of mesh deformation system that software developers can use (and probably elements of it have already been implemented in most animation packages). Dunno if regular artists could gain much from reading it.

Personally I'll just stick to the easy point-and-click interfaces that those developers provide, rather than all that math and mumbo jumbo ;)
