I finally finished an animation I've been working on for a few months now.  The lipsynching is off a bit since it looked like that in the original video. I basically followed every frame, then tweaked it a bit to get the movements right to the best of the figure's ability.

Hey I really like the animation! The only thing that looks a bit out of place is that the shoulders are a bit stiff, maybe next time you will have to add a bone for the shoulder to move as well.
Great stuff though. Your animation skills are certainly improving!

Yeah, I just wasn't sure how the shoulder was supposed to move. Maybe next time I do something like this, I'll pay more attention to it.
