Wireframe mode hides reference image

I played around in the settings but still nothing. When I go to wireframe view it looks like a transparent face.

Edit: Sorry I'm not sure if this is a bug or a settings thing. You can go ahead and move it if it's a bug.

I think this might have been reported, or at least hinted at. Regardless, I can confirm this bug.

Bug #098-014 - Reference images show as transparent without image in wireframe.

This is mostly fixed with build 1097. Images with an alpha < 1.0 are shown using alpha = 1.0, but transparency within the image works.
