Complex materials

Any support planned for more complex materials, such as procedural or even a shading language?

That's certainly a good idea.  I've thought about several approaches to enhancing Anim8or's materials in the past, including a graphical interface for connecting various components (sort of a graphical shading language), simple layered materials, and of source a full blown shading language.

After I finish the current modeling and interface changes I plan to look into improving the ray tracer and OpenGL rendering. I'll keep this in mind when I do that since the code is related.
