When I make a car model one of things that I find hard to do is to make some edges smooth and the others straight,
Two ways I Know, if it's a mesh I go to the Edge Properties and if the it's a subdivision I use the Inset tool to make the faces look flat, but either way the result is not what I want, and the model becomes ugly or filled with too many points..
Take a look at these two examples, the first is a mesh with rounded level set to 2, the second is a subdivision, you see that I can't decide the shape of the windows, also some faces look bad no matter what I do, and those folds I don't know how to get rid of them
The solution that I am thinking of is to work without Edge Properties or Subidivisions, instead make things manually, but it is going to be a super hard mission for a beginner
