Mirroring Objects in Figure Editor? (Vers. 1.00)
« on: January 17, 2026, 12:00:17 am »

I'm currently working on a model of a human character. I have the body parts split into separate objects (head, hands, etc.) to make them easier to rig. However, when it comes to the eyeballs, I'm struggling a bit. I'd like to have them centered around the origin of a bone so that they roll around in the eye sockets properly.
Mirroring bones is as easy as right-clicking on them, then clicking >Build>>Mirror Bones. But I'm not sure about how to mirror objects in the editor so they sit on the bones symmetrically. I'm sure I'm complicating this for myself and there's a workaround for this, so if anyone has any advice I'd be happy to hear it.

Just a note in case it helps: I'm using Linux with Wine for Anim8or Version 1.00. I had issues with frequent crashing in the newer beta versions, but that's another situation I plan to tackle later.
