How exactly do I upload an animated image on the forums(if possible) ???

Do you mean an animated .gif?  If so, you can either host it directly onto the site, if the filesize is too big, upload it to something like Imageshack or Photobucket, then get the direct URL to the image, and put it in-between two [img] tags.
Example:
[img]http://URLHERE.gif[/ img]

You would just delete the space in the last image tag and it would work.
