Actaully I have 19" LCD monitor (1440x900), that transmap might be one of those optical illusion's
And yes I to can see the people in the MUSE pic, but they blend in too well

My eyes are blue, and I can see the illusion... are yours blue also? If so, I'm guessing that thecolclough's might be a different color...
If I'm wrong here, I'll give up on making assumptions

And yes, they are supposed to blend like that... I want them only to be visible if you are really trying to find them, like you and thecolclough have done.

aaaaaiieeeh!  i can't hide any more!  cydoniaknight knows EVERYTHING ABOUT ME!!!    no, my eyes aren't blue.  i don't need to tell you they're brown, because you already know that, but i'll post the info for other people's benefit.

tanzim had a similar issue, but he didn't say it actually looked like it was raining.

as for your other question, eco, i don't really do swimming, but i'll come and sit in one of the deckchairs with a lemonade or something

No, their black, I doubt eye color has anything to do with it, eye color is more to do with your heritage and genetics.
My guess is it's probably how we use your brains, according to this test http://www.web-us.com/brain/braindominance.htm, I use my right hemisphere, thecolclough probably uses his left, like most of the worlds population.
But we should stop with this off-topic-ness.

Your images are great I love the first one xD the city background adds so much realism. The timbers on the roof seem to have stretched texture maps ... Try using UV to make the texture face X, Y and Z co-ordinates

i like the rain effect as well Very nice indeed. I know Terranim8or has a rain particle tool but ive never mastered Terranim8or very well. On the link above you will find a similiar trans and ambience technique to create leaves

Oh, and for my water I believe I made and used this bumpmap:



It isn't very flash... Its just a blurry paint image, but under the correct lighting its looks alright.
You could probably find a better one on Google. 

And, I'm sorry but I wont be able to help with your game. I have many other commitments, and plus my new school term has just started so I've got a few assessments to focus on. But feel free to ask if you need anything from me, I'd be happy to provide some things, but just not as a permanent addition to your team.

And Eco... looks like it will just be you, me and colclough at the pool!
I'll need to find another deck chair though... We'll need more than two for when we exit the pool
Unless you'd rather share... (I'm just joking don't worry )

all those are wicked! the pool looks slightly misptoportioned,and Gelatinous but the rest is awesome!

I like them

One flaw though, there's something weird looking about the shadows in the pool scene: they just seem too clean and well defined. I would have tried for softer shadows (blurred edges).

the main reason I'm posting here is the 'naval' scene. You say you have made that silhouetted ship, would you mind posting a better picture of that? I am trying to do a largish wooden ship of a similar style, and am curious to see how you did it.
