i havent used anim8or a lot, so this i one of my first projects, but i think its gonna be great ;D



i need to fix the mouth and make som ears.

comments..?

it's a bit lumpy in places, but it looks like you've got the basic proportions about right.  good start ;)

I think thats pretty good, ive been doing animator for about 6 months and i could never even do that

Lookin good for a start,You might wanna use the non-uniform scale on the Y-axis cause it's lookin skinny,And try and get rid of the lumpy places,Other than that it looks pretty good :)

Mate, work on the nose and chin, and push in the eyes.
Could we see a wireframe so we can give better crits?

thanks for the wireframe. The nose needs to be bigger, it's to small andit needs to be raised a little. The chin looks a little to big as well as the mouth, but it might just be the chin making the mouth look big.

Wrap an old mummy type bandage texture around that face with glowing red eyes and you'll have a pretty scary head for a cool horror scene.
Also give it a scarecrow style body would look really creepy.
