whoa, I thought the same as Tanzim. I thought you were showing a reference, and then a render of your attempt at the same scene.

But those are great models: the most realistic I've seen by a long way. My only criticism is the paints look far too runny: the ripples on the top make it look like it has the consistency of water. Really though, it doesn't detract from how realistic the scene looks.

The watermark is there because my friend wanted to have it there.. probably so you all could check out the website or somthing...

The ripples in the paint is something i told my friend about as well. probably going to fix that later

The rendertime is on the bottom of the picture..

Those are fabulous and very realistic.  I downloaded the indigo renderer once, but I believe it's text based?  I was lost then and decided to not look much further.  I think I'll get further with something like 3ds max or something of the sort.  Your friend did a fabulous job though.

indigo isn't text based. but you need to download blender and a scripth called blendigo. there is probably a guide somewhere on the net..

Wow, that's definately the most amazing thing that I have ever seen modeled. Listining to you critique him makes me feel overwhelmed; I just posted my first attempt at "making" something. The little things that I don't even see make me wonder if I should have waited. Anyways, you have done an amazing job!

Ok, this might look like a 5 minute doodle, but it actually took some time :P

I just got a image of this guy in my head, and I felt like I just had to make him :)

He has no name so far..
