Hi, I need an advice about alpha cannel. If I render a movie by anim8or in alpha channel, what programme I need to put render movie over movie? (for exapmle - if I have my movie and I want an explosion there)

most of the advanced video editors (eg. adobe premiere, apple final cut pro, ulead mediastudio pro) can do it, they're a bit pricey though.  not sure if there's a freeware program that can do it.

I use Vegas (professional version, but there is a lower-priced home edition) to take images exported from Anim8or and comp them in with other video.  You'll have to check the Sony site if the home version of Vegas has this same feature.

I usre MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 12 for this and pretty much everything else movie editing wise.  It costs about $50 and is a very capable movie editor, sort of like a poor man's Final Cut.
