3d zim realish

yep, I'll explain the details later

I check the next day, buried by a few topics.....and zero replies.

Of course.

Always.

Well, I might as well say something, seeing as all 3 members of this site (lol) probably already did comment on this (IN THEIR MINDS!!!!!) This design isn't really based on the way the character looks, but the way he character sounds. JV's style is so undetailed, I had to make a lot of stuff up...

okay, a reply...

he would look better if he was antialised - but then, don't we all?  8)

what are the holes in the top of his head for?

who's JV?

and just out of curiosity, who were the '3 members of the site' you were referring to?  i can think of about 5 or 6 most likely candidates, but i'm not sure which ones... or were you just generalising?

Wow that pretty nice. You modeled that by yourself. I love the shadows. And if you were to add Anti-aliasing it would give the picture a much nicer effect. Maybe also to texture the head.

Ok a bit confusing... Who's the three members? Who is JV or did you mean UV? And it would look wads better with antialised turned "on". A confusing topic I must say :) Good alien though (I am sure I have seen that type of alien somwhere before. Hmm)

JV=Jonen Vasques. The dude that made invader zim
all 3 members= EVERYONE ONE THIS SITE. There are a lot of members, but only a microscopic amount post here.

My god, you've never seen the show have you?

*sigh* It was one of the best shows ever on nickelodeon that got canceled.

The holes, are where antennae go.

heheh, i love self-deprecating humour ;D

anyways... it looks much better with the antennae and antialiasing, but from the second angle, it looks like his right eye has been poked out.  ouch :o :P

nice model, but i actually think that the cartoon-ish version is better.. Don't know why.

I would have made the eyes bigger though.

I would have too, but it conflicted with the shape of the head.

The eyeballs started to go through the sides of the head. Oh well, it still serves it's purpose. It looks inhuman enough to not convince anyone he's human with a crappy disguise...........Something I just reminded myself I have to work on.

I haven't seen any of the cartoons (and I can't watch it on Youtube be cause my Internets been slowed down), but I think that looks a lot better, mainly because of your good use of textures.
