General Anim8or Forum / Forum registration problems

Hi it's been a long time since I wrote in this forum. 
I was contacted (on other sites), by a person named kuncendorfs who wanted to download 2 files from this forum ( as attachment: 2012 BVH2Anim8or and SMD2anim8or ).
But failing to register on the forum ( he tried 2 different emails ), he can't download that file.
So I ask you to check if the forum registration still works.
Otherwise could you put the possibility to download that file even for people not logged in?
