FINALLY!!! my render just finally finished, it took just about 3 days to render. sorry that it is small, but i wasn't going to risk going over the dead line. i've just started on a 1600 by 600 render hopfully it will be ready by the dead line but i have my douts. if the other render isn't done by the deadline, this is my entry.

quote($imon: very stylized room. All computers can handle the renders, it just takes a bit longer haha! I hope you can make a nice final render of it.  (what is behind the door with the keypad?)

thank you for the comment about my room $imon, the final render is looking very good, but it seems that you have overestimated my laptop capibilities as it has been 2 and a half days, it is only 2/3 done and its only 800 by 300. hopfully it will finished in the next 12 hours so i can put it on here to be judged. then hopfully i will be able to make a larger picture that will be finish befor the deadline. then whats behind the keypad door you ask, it might be a smallish weapon storage area or a secret lab, it could be anything?

nearly finished the base model for this project, just got to add some lights and effects, but i beleave my laptop will not be able to cope with the render so i placed this example of what it should look like just in case.

thank you ENSONIQ5 for your view of my model. actually this was the first model i used the art raytracer, it took a lot of experementing to get the coke bottle glass material but when i tried to make the dulled wire material it just turned more plastic. i like it when others give there view of my work because it helps me to improve my work and the use of anim8or.

i think that anim8or is coming to a point where the only limitation is your imagination. don't you?

Anim8or Challenges / Re: Challenge #2: Render Glasses Using ART
« on: April 15, 2009, 05:18:33 am »
here is my entry. i created this pair of glasses because of a expresion that herd the other day and i thaught it would be an excellent project to do for this challange. also this is the first time that i used the art raytracer and i am astonished at the results. i beleave that the coke bottle bottom lenses are the best part of the model, the dulled wire didn't turn out so good.

thankyou for your feedback and thankyou bamman62 for explaining how to put my knife in oblivion but does that methord work in morrowind, because everytime i try the tes set is ok with every thing untill i put it in the game then it desides to crash telling me its not a nif. file. maybe it was something i did in blender because i'm not very good with that program. so i am placing the an8. file and the textures to go with it. so if you want to put it in oblivion you can do so.

this fantisized dagger i thaught up when i was pollishing one of my daggers that i have in my small Arsenal. i reckon that this dagger would be an awsome plug-in for oblivion but alas i do not know how to do that. your comments are much appreceated

Anim8or v0.98 Discussion Forum / suggestion for anim8or, steve
« on: October 15, 2008, 07:56:06 am »
steve,
in your next version of anim8or, could you make the "object" tab come with an setting so you can put groups on the list so you can catorigise the parts of your modles making the parts easier to find when you need them, insted of searching through a list. it would be much appreciated of you could include into the next version of anim8or.

thanks for listerning

P.S you have done a great job with anim8or.
