Finished Works and Works in Progress / Re: my city flythrough

well i thought about just doing it to test some skills but if i took out the flying cars on my other video (you'll see) i could make the scene a bit longer and make it an intro

or i could just leave it how it is for now, i'm up to 60 frames on the render

took about 3 minutes, now that i think about it, i might just be able to make it 400 - 300, i'll test that now, won't be able to show you the result for a while though because youtube has that checking phase, when it's uploaded i'll post here

thanks for the good comments

nice models, i've had anim8or a couple of weeks now, i hope to be near to your skill level in about 2 - 3 weeks, just testing out the different things i can do on anim8or first

then i'll start some projects

i think that if it's very close you should make modeled windows and bumpmapping but if it's far away or not a main part of the animation just go with textures

sounds cool, might enter at some point

ok it's pretty basic but it took me a couple of hours, sorry about the screen size, it had to be 200 x 150 or it took forever to render

anyway check it out and tell me what you think

i only added in the cars today but that video is still being checked
 whaddya think?

ps. can anyone tell me how to change the size of the camera? because it goes through the walls, or do i just have to resize the city?

pretty good, it's not much to look at but i can see you know how to animate, which will be very useful to you, one thing, try and get it to look more realistic with the physics, and speed up the bit where the dog-thing kicks the ball

i have made a load of models on anim8or, nothing serious, i've had anim8or for about 2-3 weeks and i only just joined the forums
these are a few of my models, some of them you will have seen and made when you downloaded anim8or
I also use flash5, if you want to you can contact me about that too    a book i made     an apple...    a bowl of rice    Slash's top hat     Black tophat with rim    Snow scene   :-)       by far my favourite, made from scratch of what i have learnt about anim8or    a robot i made from scratch...not really that good, just thought i'd show it here anyway

Thanks for viewing these, give me your honest opinion but remember i am just a noob (i hate that word) , i'm sure in about a month or two i will be working at a much higher standard

Anim8or is AWESOME!!
