That's true, but the eye want's something too  ::)

The anim8or interface IS simple, but I don't like it that it's so 'non-default' colours, which is the case in many programs. It was only little question.

Hey people,

I think that the anim8or site is getting too old and too outdated. Wouldn't it be a good idea to design a new site and maybe a new theme for anim8or? I don't like the purple theme at the moment. I guess that a new design of the program wouldn't be that much work, if it's designed dynamically. I would like a simple layout that fits with the system you're using.

Also one thing I want to say: I really would like PNG support in anim8or. It's something what I need for a game I'm making so I might look for another modelling program, however I will still use anim8or.

Yeah I would really love a ogre anim8or import system!!!  ;D

I'm making some project with ogre... I know what the .mesh format is but I didn't know about the XML format.
Can't you include the XML to mesh converter and frequently (auto-)update it?

How should I use it?

I'm a user of anim8or and I really like the program.

I've got a suggestion for future releases:
in the bone editor, could you add something like 'free all', 'no limits all', and 'free & no limits all' buttons?
Here's a picture of what I mean:

I usually am not very precise in limiting bones, and I always select free and no limits for all, but it's a pain in the ass when having to click six buttons.

The environment maps are too much you're right yeah. Crash is too fast and cars don't collide realistic. However, that was an old render.

you could select alpha and color channel on the render menu. The alpha image will have a 'a' behind the filename.
