General Anim8or Forum / Making a Human Elbow
« on: March 14, 2008, 09:38:36 am »
Hi guys  ;D, I have a question, since i want to create a human model, and animate it later, i was trying out the skinning bone thingy, and i realize that when i use the skinning on a cylinder tube (just trying it out), the outer end sort of curve in and flatten when i  bend it, so i was wondering , how would i make the elbow so when it bend, it wont curve in or flatten but rather i get like a sharper corner, like a real elbow ???.

Thanks in Advance  :D

General Anim8or Forum / Re: How to make things look like rotate
« on: March 13, 2008, 01:59:52 am »
well, what you can do is create a figure, give it a bone(exculding the root) and rotate that bone, then apply it that battery (at least thats how i make things rotate XD)

« on: March 13, 2008, 01:57:59 am »
make sure you are selecting the base bone. so click > new bone (base bone)>newbone(leftbase) > un select left base, and click the base bone again then add new bone.

Did that help O.o?
