Good music it will do well at adding an atmosphere to your project a thing that many homemade games or animations lack.

ungh...animation lack. I dunn if I can keep using anim8or for this project. If I cant upload files from anim8or into another program I am screwed. (pardon my language)

I meant, can you convert them into .cob files?

If not, I'm screwed.

Is it possible to upload the animations from the models from anim8or and upload them onto truespace? I've noticed they have a similar rigging/skinning feature, so I was wondering.   :)

Again. Reality Factory. You'll have to go through a bit of learning, but you dont need to learn C++ You just need to learn simkin. (which isnt nessisary) and you'll need your own 3D models.

@Dosser: Here is a wireframe.

The textures were made from scratch by Kephart, who helped me out because I had trouble with the UV mapping in anim8or. And I think what makes it look off is that I had to invert the grey coat to make that coat, also affecting the eyes.

@3D Joe: It was inspired by bloodmoon and wolfquest. But it will be...different.

Yes, this noob has other questions.  ???

So I put this texture on one of my models right? (it had no issues untill now) And then, it started to put this message that popped up everytime I opened that file saying that they cant load my texture (all of the other textures are the same format and still work untill I put it onthe model) What does this mean and is there anyway I can fix it? Or is it a bug?

Ok...I have a few crits of your work. Before I hurt anyones feelings, I must say that this is a very nice looking suit of armour considering your new. Like myself...

o_e

Anywho, I'm not sure if your shooting for realism or a more cartoonish style, but I think you should make the feet a little more longer. And perhaps more pointy. Also, make it look like there are joints connecting the feet and leg.

Oh! And it would look cool if you had a coat of arms on his chest plate. :) Thats all this mental person has. :P

Well have you used cre8or? i prefer cre8or because of its farmiliar interface.plus i didnt just go through the tuts 4 no reason. :) not to mention my site is ad funded.

I suggest using Reality Factory if this is your first game, like mine. I understand if your only 11, and cant afford much. I myself have a budget of $0.00, some 3d art, and some coding for trades. I have full faith in you and hope the best of luck. I think you should do number 2. All of the other ideas have been used too much.

Good luck!

@almost cool: It will be 3rd person only unfortunately. And thanks for your opinion. (It's ok. I dont mind skater talk :P)

@wiipowner: I am close to finishing up the demo, as soon as I get some more characters worked up.

In other news; I have a screenie of a wolf in the "Mountain Ash Coat"

Plus a little more abot the game. :)

You will be able to find/buy coats for your wolf, which will act as armour in a typical rpg. The more unusual the color, the more powerful it is. (For example, a blue coat is more powerful than the default brown coat)
