Need help w/ animating a gun

ok so i am trying to make a gun and when the movable parts on it start rotating at a high speed a projectile comes out ,but i cant seem to get it to work while im in the scene,heres the file,and the projectile i want to shoot out is called static in objects.I want the static to not be in the scene until the very end ,can anyone help me out

heres the file,look in the scene "gun fire".

To hide and object you can make it "invisible" in the scene.
To do this, double click the object when you want it to first be invisible, then uncheck "visible" under 'Other animated properties'.
Then, when you want it to be visible, open up The Time Track, find the object you want visible, double click the listing of it and check "visible".  It should, at that point, appear in your scene.
