(Normally the handle of a refrigerator is not melded into the actual door, instead its attaches somehow as a separate object.)
Not necessarely. My fridge has a statik handle. No moving parts in a handle ;)

Found a nice side picture of my car and desited to model it. Might be some use in some game...maybe.
The side picture has perspectivity in it but itīs still usable. Top print is pretty useful too and some parts of the front. Mostly Iīm relaying on reference pictures. The model wont be 100% accurate, what ever that means, but itīs close enough
I hope my PC can handle this model. Iīm aiming for 10k polys.

Oh and the vehicle is Toyota Land Cruiser BJ40, from 1975.

Updates someday!

Had a little play around with it today, and it seems that an offroad game will be as easy as 3, 2, 1 go!

Check out the first tutorial on the site
Sweet. Then Iīm going to model a low-poly version of my Land Cruiser and make an offroad game.

If you dont have to code much, then this would be a great software for make nifty little games.
I might even try to do some basic Offroad game :P If you dont have to code much...

Heyyy guys!  :)

I wanted to model a TEQ-logo, which means To-yo-da = Toyota. My old Land Cruiser has that logo in a winch and in an engine block.
I think the TEQ logo is kind of cool so I modeled it. Still WIP and Iīm thinking what to do with it.  Iīm going to smooth the circle edges etc.

Itīs not about the limitations of the software, itīs about your skills.
You can do pretty much everything in Anim8or, like in C4D or what ever. It might be slower, harder and maybe even painfull but the results are the same in modeling vice.

Dont give up! It looks really nice!

Update! Got myself rollinī so I modeled few details.

Thank you guys!

So I started it all over again, because all the bevels were inaccurate. Not much to see at the moment...but it keeps me motivated when posting into here!  :)

Not going to use them as a texture. Just nly as a blueprint!

Hi all.

I was wondering last night what to model. Something popular item in a house. I was listening music and then I realized that I was holding a MP3 player. Well I decided to model it.

I scanned two sides of my player so I can get proportions just right. Itīs also nice to look the real thing and see what needs to be done in 3D and how.

I usually model cars, but my PC is way too lame to handle the polys they recuire. I was formely know as "rallydriver" (nick) and Iīve done quite a pit of 3D cars in Anim8or.

Anyways here is a WIP image. You can see the "blueprints" that I use.

I live in Finland but I see the non-music version :D

Did you make all of those in Anim8or and rendered in Anim8or?

Can we see a solid wire shots from some of the cars?
