This animation looks really great.

I like your physics. Very realistic.

And the simple black and white style of your scene looks very good to me.

Thanks for your reply kreator.

I will have a look at your forum ^^

What I do not really understand, how do the three programs poser, daz and carrara work together? Do I need these three programs to get all needed tools I want (like fur, hair, cloth,...)? Or can I do all these thinks with only carrara?

Thanks for all your nice critics.

And thanks for all the good suggestions which program could fit my desires.

Boy, this isnīt an easy decision. There are so many good ideas (modeling in anim8or and rendering in blender or carrara. Buying older versions of max3d or c4d). I think Iīll try out carrara first.
Yesterday I found a side where you can download a public beta of carrara 7 with licence-key. I havenīt try it out yet. And I donīt know if this link still works. But, if allowed, I could post the link here.
There is also a trial of Carrara 7. And, like you said, maybe kreator can tell me how to get an old version of carrara.

I hope carrara isnīt so difficult to learn.

And yes, I should try to render with a higher AA. This image was rendered with only 16.

Thanks to all of you.

@ $imon
No, I donīt used any other programs in the meantime.
Some years ago I tried blender, but I donīt like the gui and the way you have to work with this program. I had the feeling that this program offers too much and I think I need years to handle all the stuff.
anim8or, on the other side, has only the thinks I really need, and so I have the feeling to be very quick in finishing my works.

But I still looking for an alternative program, which is as easy as anim8or, but has some more extras like fur, hair, KI and cloth. I also would pay up to 300€ - 400€ for such a program.

So, if anyone knows of such a program, please tell me. But I think I am not the only one who is looking for such a software ^^

Long time ago, since I was posting in this forum. One year I think.
Now I was starting my anim8or program again and trying to model a tiny robot.

Here is a little sketch of the scene.
And the final render.

Maybe I will change something of the tiny robots pose.

Before I forget, all was done in anim8or (modeling and rendering).
I am still very impressed by this little program anim8or. ^^

Yes I had the same problem first, but then I realized, that I was in the wrong directory. Under the temp directory go deeper into the next directory, for example "Game1092875302".

Hello to all anim8ors,

I have tested the new version of cre8or. It allows it to export the physical movement of objects back to anim8or. It works very good.

Here is the link to cre8ors forum:
http://cre8or3d.com/forum/index.php?topic=391.msg2842#msg2842

And here is a quick animation I have made:
http://de.

Note: Itīs made without ART-Raytracer, so it can look much better.

As an attachment, a small gif-animation:

Thanks to all your comments,

I have tried to make the ART-Render more like the Non-ART-Render. When you compare both renders, you can see, that the Non-ART picture has more specular than the ART one. So I decided to give more specular. Then I realiced, that I also used different values on ambient and diffuse for the Non-ART. So I also changed ambient and diffuse.

For all interessted in the material I used now for the ART-Render:

Ambient: 0
Diffuse: 1
Specular: 1
Emissive: 0
Rough: 50
Brilliance: 1
Transparent: 0.1

Here is the new ART-Render:

Yes, Francesco, you are right I have to bend it better.
And thatīs not the only problem, on both feet the texture is stretched. Thatīs because I had to stretch the trouser legs after I made the texture.
Sadly, when I texture the trouser again, I think I have to weight painting the trouser to the bones again :-(
