check that there are no edges with three faces attached, it could be there is a face attached inside the centre of the leaf.

It's great to see an animation made in anim8or with a proper story instead of the usual short tests or demo's people usually make.

btw, an Alloy is the name for a metal made up of different ores, so just calling it an alloy isn't really describing what it is. It could be anything.

model is pretty fantastic.

If you want to make it better I suggest improving textures/materials and Add a better light setup.
