I've used the original Cre8or a bit.  Looked promising, too bad he gave up on it.
I give you tons of credit for your programming skills.
I also like programming, but never got into game engines, mostly business oriented and
apps for personal use. (Borland C++, Delphi, Lazarus free pascal, and right now freeBasic
with an Irrlicht Wrapper). I'm not fussy lol.
You have a big task in front of you. Keep pushin, you're doing a great job.

Good job on your 'Desktop' render.
And yup just the corners need a little fix to make it perfect.
I usually start with the center section of a sphere to make a smooth corner.

Arik_the_Red,  Oop..ha ha. No no. It's a great looking character for a game.

I mainly create my models for use in games. I always have to force myself
to use more polys when I'm modeling for a render or animation.

'Arik_the_Red' the first render is hilarious. If that were a video game, I'd want to play it.

Lookin good 'kreator'.

I also had a great race track. Added custom wide racing slicks to one of my cars.
Ah memories.

Nice to see all the new postings.

I think the fact the Anim8or forum registration had been down for so long didn't help.
That affected other Anim8or related sites as well.

But, it looks like new 'actual' members are on the rise.

For me, Anim8or is my number one modeling tool and as long as
I don't get any grief for using Blender for rendering I'll keep supporting Anim8or.

Only noticed this thread couple of days ago. Might have given this a shot myself.
And now I know what 'pepakura' is. Pretty amazing stuff. Learn something new everyday.

'usajdm' you're in good hands for sure.

Nice job Raxx  (exceptional work)

Although Daz3D is still an art form I would have less satisfaction in posing premade models.

I remember when Lynn22 left this forum. Yup definitely sad.

CoriDavis is another I haven’t seen on here for awhile.
Can't believe it's been 2 years since her horse sang a Toby Mac song.
That brought a smile to my face.

I hope both venture back sometime.

Nice job. I like it.
No model has to be 100% accurate to be good.
It all depends on far you want to take it. You've got a good
starting point if you decide to add more detail.

Don't know if this helps you or not, but you can open multiple Anim8or files and if you click
on the 'Window' button you will see them listed. You can copy and paste any objects from one
file to another.

Nice job. Your models look great and I really like the hologram scene.
Definitely a lot of work done animating and rendering.
I too use Blender for scene set ups (animation and renders), since 2.5 when it became user friendly.
But it's still the almighty Anim8or I start with.

Your game models are really good.
They are all unique and well designed.
Good luck on the game!
