Another 2 things, show where some of the rays go from the camera and the lights when reflected, and have a front and back toggle in figure mode like in object mode for the purpose of skinning... Both would help immensly when doing complex projects.

There are a lot of good ideas here already. On an interesting note, did anyone here know that chickens are a direct decendent of the T-Rex? Kind of a funny thing to think about next time you go to KFC. I think I'm going to redo my maze in order to accomodate a better roof... I don't like how it turned out very much in some respects. Looking around the internet, I found that all the real mirror mazes are set up in a triangular pattern, and I think I could have much more control of where reflections go if I done it that way.

If you want realistic details, I recommend to put on scorch marks, like from re-entry. More scorch marks could also be placed near the rocket and around guns. A good source of references of scorch marks would be WWII planes, especially around the exaust. The TV shows often show a shiny, flawless model; but real life leaves marks, physically and mentally (as if the ship had a brain, hehehehe... then again, that has been portraid... ;)) Looking good so far, great idea!

Actually, It's a rather decent time, only about five minutes a large frame. It originally took longer, I made a two layer mirror with a dielectric layer and a totally reflective layer (my original post is that way) but when I raised the specular on the mirror, it looked better without the dielectric (YEAH!!! Less render time!!!). I'm not quite happy with the textures of the building, but I'm not sure what it should be like. By the way, the exit is BEHIND the camera... the exit is on the bottom of the picture, the entrance is where the ball is. Kinda funny actually. The things that cross the building are support struts, but I moved them out of the building to see how it looks, and I think I like it better without them.

I'm IN!!! I have a complex but fun Idea. I'll have LOT'S of mirrors, for those who love funhouses... it might bring back memories. The hard part will be the rotations of the mirrors. Good luck everyone, hope everyone has fun!

About my flowers thing, the flowers would have to be modeled, no downloading meshes or objects. Otherwise some people would use that flower generator on the resource page.

Flowers...

It would be graded on the quality of the flowers, how well they fit with the rest of the scene, and how the flowers are brought out. Anything would basically go otherwise, but it would be graded on those three things. Any kind of flowering plant would qualify.

I CAN'T REACH THE DOOR!!! ;D

I'm on a school computer, and all the image searches are blocked... even Google Images. That's what happens when kids look at things they shouldn't, they ruin it for everyone.

HOLY COW $imon, that car is amazing! I don't get the previous complaints on the 4 triangles you have. IT LOOKS GREAT. Something interesting you could do though, if you wanted to make it look 3D to the user, render a left and right camera picture to scale as if they are eyes (stereo doesn't work well), aim them at the same spot with a target. Take the two renders, put the right on the left and the left on the right, and then the onlooker crosses their eyes to get a perfect 3rd center image. THEN YOU COULD DRIVE IT OFF!!!!!!! (Though it looks like you could all ready!!!) ;)

I'd like to know how to view the attachments... I can't seem to look at them unless they are shone in message... :( I'd like to see the picture.

Yeah, I'd like it to work like the "New Line tool". Kinda like Google SketchUp has.
