I like it for the most part, but it starts to become a little busy the further down you go. But it looks good as an aabstract art.

yes you can. you create your morphs in object mode and your use them in scene mode. They won't appear in sequence mode.

it looks great. my only thing is that all the blades looks too streight and perfect. if you had the blades of grass bending and limped then it may look better.

Ok it has been a long time since I worked on this but here we go. I uv mapped the model and textured him and now I'm switching over to maya to play with the Shave and hair cut plug-in.

I haven't tried this in a while but, windows supports gif files when you choose your background. Also try this
this is a free program that you can use to create animated desktop backgrounds and custom screen savers.

yes. once i'm finished with it I will animate him.

General Anim8or Forum / Re: Exporting an animated sequence, figure to 3ds?
« on: February 21, 2010, 11:09:07 pm »
anim8or does not support animation export for the .3ds format at this time. but I think if you export a frame in scene mode in .3ds it will export the model in its current pose of the animation.

It has been so long since I worked on this thing but I am determined to at least finish this. I have connected all of the body parts and i am about to get into texturing it. Added shoe strings to the boots but I think that I really should do the boots over again. They look too big for the model. Also added a shirt over his body.

I tried to view your site but it doesn't show up on internet explorer. You might want to take a look at that. The categories that you were talking about can be made using the <a herf> tag to make a link to a different page.

You should have made the magazine cover at least 8.5 x 11 or 9 x 12 to actually be magazine size. The image looks stretched out of poportion and blurded. and the bar code could be skinnier. the web address is typically on the bottom corner. And you would want to put the actual month of the issue instead of the number. But good first start.

actually it all depends on whith version of anim8or and what plugin you are using. If you are using .96 beta and up the .onj export does export multiple objects. also there is an obj script that exports materials and seperate objects.

try rendering without a black background or add some lights around him.

if you don't have a middle button on your laptop I think you can just push alt left mouse button instead of the middle button. But to me this could be a headace. You could buy a usb mouse for your laptop like I did for about $10 dollars. It's much easier.

General Anim8or Forum / Re: How to use textures
« on: January 10, 2010, 06:06:21 pm »
I don't know why that happens, but to fix it all you have to do is hit the uv button in object mode. It will ask you to enable texture genorator and click ok. After the yellow uv box pops up double click on the box. and his ok in the menu box. Your texture should show up.

Ok I know what the problem is. the uv's in your mesh is screwed up and your texture is distorted. Just do as I just mentioned and it should be good.
